Oatly Mobile Wallet Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period: 21/09/2026 – 01/11/2026

Number of Entries: 9,200 coupons will be made available – Coupons are limited to one coupon per person, per device, per promotional period.

Eligibility: Open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over. By adding a Pass to your mobile wallet, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Coupon eligibility relies on the age-verification and account controls of the Apple ID / Google Account associated with your device’s wallet; the Promoter does not independently verify age.

Restrictions: Coupons are only redeemable in Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Waitrose located in England and Wales at a maximum redeemable value of £2.40.

Geographical Restrictions: Open to residents of Great Britain. Coupons cannot be redeemed in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

The Voucher

• This coupon is valid against Oatly Oat Drink Coconut Barista at a maximum value of £2.40.
• Only available for redemption in participating stores of Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Waitrose.
• Coupon available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock/allocation lasts.
• Last date for activation is 01/11/2026.
• Once the countdown window opens, you have 30 minutes to select “Open Voucher” and redeem your coupon. If not redeemed within this time, the coupon will expire and cannot be reissued.
• Only one coupon may be used per product purchased.
• May not be used in conjunction with any other coupon or promotional offer.
• May not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred or auctioned.
• Redemption is subject to the policies of individual retailers, which may include restrictions on self-checkout use (retailers may require manual cashier intervention) or limits on the number of coupons of the same type and value redeemed per transaction (typically a maximum of two).

How to Get Your Coupon — Mobile Wallet Process

1. Visit the Campaign landing page and select your preferred Participating Retailer from Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons or Waitrose.
2. Select “Add” to add your coupon Pass to your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, as applicable to your device).
3. The pass is not your voucher – the pass gives you an opportunity to activate the voucher during the promotional period – all vouchers are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. The pass on its own does not guarantee a voucher.
4. While the Pass sits inactive in your wallet, the Promoter may send notifications to it (for example, reminders to activate before the last activation date). See ‘Mobile Wallet Passes — Additional Terms’ below.
5. Starting your claim:
   • Apple Wallet (iOS): open the Pass in Apple Wallet, tap the three-dot (•••) menu icon, and select “Activate Voucher.”
   • Google Wallet (Android): open the Pass in Google Wallet and select “Activate Voucher” directly on the Pass.
6. Selecting “Activate Voucher” takes you out of your mobile wallet and back into the Campaign, where you will be asked to confirm your selected retailer — or change it to a different Participating Retailer — and select “Activate” to proceed.
7. You will then be taken to a countdown window. This is when the 30-minute redemption window (see ‘The Coupon’ above) begins. You must select “Open Voucher” within this countdown to receive your coupon.
8. If “Open Voucher” is not selected before the countdown expires, the coupon will lapse and cannot be reissued. Once revealed, redeem your coupon with your selected retailer before the 30-minute countdown ends.
9. A Pass that has been added to a wallet but not activated, confirmed, and opened in accordance with this process does not constitute a valid or redeemable coupon.

The Promoter

The Promoter is Oatly UK, Floor 3, 20 Kirby Street, EC1N 8TS, London. This Promotion is supported by savi uk, whose registered office is at Weldon House, Corby Gate Business Park, Corby, Northants, NN17 5JG.

The Promoter will reimburse the retailer the face value of coupons, subject to compliance with these terms, and reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of redemption, including transaction data.

The Promoter may make changes to, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary, for example due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel coupons where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected, including duplicated, tampered with, or fraudulently obtained Passes.

Mobile Wallet Passes — Additional Terms

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are products of Apple Inc. and Google LLC respectively. The Promoter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC; their trademarks are used only to describe compatibility with those wallet services.

Passes are provided for convenience and are subject to the functionality, availability, and terms of service of the relevant wallet provider. The Promoter is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or discontinuation of Apple Wallet or Google Wallet services, or for loss of a Pass due to device changes, factory resets, app deletion, or device loss or damage.

The Promoter may send notifications to your Pass while it remains in your mobile wallet, including reminders to activate your coupon before the last date for activation. These notifications are delivered via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet notification functionality and are subject to your device and wallet app notification settings, which you may manage or disable at any time. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to activate and redeem a valid Pass.

Data Protection

No personal data is collected directly by the Promoter as part of this Promotion. Aggregated redemption data may be received from retailers. Where a mobile wallet Pass includes a unique identifier, this is used solely to validate the coupon, prevent duplicate claims, and deliver Pass notifications (see ‘Mobile Wallet Passes — Additional Terms’ above). Any data processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC in connection with your use of their wallet services, including notification delivery, is subject to their respective privacy policies, over which the Promoter has no control.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
